Rajdhani is known for its King size vegetarian thali and unlimited food. They are mainly specialized in Rajasthani and Gujarati food. They have opened new restaurant in Al Karama; Rajdhani Street which serves mainly the Indian Street Food and North Indian dishes.
This new outlet of Rajdhani Street is completely different in every aspect be it the seating arrangements, ambiance of the restaurant or the flavors of food. The bright colors and different things which is most common like Gola Gaada (Cart) and even the Tiffin Box Cycle which is mostly in metropolitan cities of India, it gives the unique touch. And the Sign board with restaurant name reminds me of the village board.
This place have made the fusion of Indian food with other different country cuisine like Dhokla Pizza, Pav Bhaji in Fondue style etc. Even the menu card have been designed keeping the roads and signals to different places. The presentation of food is good as well as the customer service.

Starting with the Quick Bites we first tried the
Rajasthani Cheese Mirch Wada, it is a capsicum which is stuffed with mixture of cheese with Indian spices, served with mint chutney, tamarind chutney and Dahi.. I loved the start of my dinner, it was delicious and little spicy but if you can have it with sweet tamarind chutney which will make it even taste better. The quantity is good for the price, if you have small appetite then this can make you full.

Puchka Bombs, it is new version of pani puri. This puris are stuffed with cheese and fried nicely, it makes it crispy from outside and soft from inside. It is served with the mint water which is used in pani puri. But we also added a tamarind chutney which made it more tastier, I wish they serve the tamarind chutney with it. This puchkas are huge so be careful if you want to have it in once.

Hara Pudina Shikanji which is pure lemonade with chia seeds, it was amazing. Even by the end of our dinner both of us couldn't finish it because firstly the quantity is too much and served in huge cylindrical glass which reminded me of Science Laboratory.
