Being a food lover and staying in Dubai for so long I really wanted to try out Emarati food. I was lucky for getting an invite from Lazfan Cafe.

The owner of the restaurant cooks the dishes by herself and then shows it to her chefs, she says being a good chef at home it was her kids desire to see her having her own restaurant. And they are absolutely right about it. To be honest for every bite I just said "Subhan Allah", the food was delicious. Even though we were full we just wanted more.

They serve authentic Emarati food, desserts and drinks with also some other fast food like pasta, pizza, burgers and much more.

What We Tried There:

Lemon And Mint Juice

They have separate page for their signature dishes and the dishes served are the exact replica of the pictures shown in the menu. We started our meal from their signature dish Chebab. It is the Emarati style pancakes which is served with sour cream and date syrup. It was really tasty and was different from the pancakes that I have eaten till now, definitely a #MustTry dish.

Next signature dish was Omlait, I liked the way they named it differently. It had onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheddar cheese, served with Emarati bread. It felt very homely and was served hot.

As they had lot of international options in the menu to choose from I then chose Alfredo Penne Pasta. I must say this pasta was one of the best pasta I ever ate. It was served hot, was very cheesy and juicy with chicken and other veggies. Just the way I love it. It is a #MUSTTRY pasta, just have it once and you will ask for more.

Next we called for Chicken Fellet Sandwich, stuffing is done in Emarati bread with grilled chicken and is served along with fries. It is freshly made and very fulfilling. It is enough for one person who is on the go. 

Next we called for Pizza Chicken, it looked very simple but the pizza sauce, cheese and chicken combination of all these took it to another level of taste. I #HighlyRecommend this, it have unique taste and flavors that you don't wanna miss it.

Lastly for meal we called for very simple dish but can be difficult to make them crispy i.e Chicken Strips, definitely a good fast food item and served with fries.

For desserts we had Legaimat, it is sweet flour fluffy balls with date syrup and garnished with sesame seeds. Mostly you can get it during Ramadan but you can have it for entire year now. It was very light and yet very delicious.

Lastly I ordered for White Mocha Frappe which had a vanilla ice cream with coffee, blended to perfection and topped with whipped cream.

The prices are very much worthy for the quantity and the quality of food. Overall my experience was amazing and definitely a family restaurant.

Via Delhi is a authentic North Indian restaurant in Oud Mehta, opposite Lamcy plaza. It is a very small but nicely managed and maintained having a Disney font for restaurant logo.

It have a calm environment with soft music playing in background. Staff is very friendly and explains the dish while serving. The walls had framed pictures of sculptures of Delhi, people, festival, environment and other beautiful things in Delhi.

After placing the order we were served with their welcome drink shots which is a refreshing Ginger Mint Cooler, it was mixture of tangy and sour flavors which was amazing. Along with it they served Papad, Papita ka Murabba, chutney and sweet onion.

What We Tried There:

We had to try out some momo's as it said in menu Via Delhi Special and A Must try! So we opted for Tandoori Chicken Momo's. It was very appealing and mouthwatering when it was placed in front of me and I just wanted to jump right into it but i had to click first. It was steamed and stuffed very nicely. These momo's were the best that I have had till now. It is definitely a #MustTry dish.

For the starter we chose Bhatti Chicken which is their signature dish. Tender soft juicy chicken marinated to perfection and amazing blend of flavor. This is a perfect starter to start a meal. I #HighlyReccomend this amazing dish.

For main course we ordered Mutton Roganjosh with Paneer Amritsari Kulcha and Butter Tandoori Roti. Mutton Roganjosh is bit on a spicy side but have the amazing flavor. It was delicious and very tasty. It went well with paneer amritsari kulcha, the paneer stuffing in kulcha was very fulfilling and quiet heavy and butter tandoori roti was very soft and buttery. Both roti's blended along with roganjosh and reduced the spiciness in it.

Lastly for drinks we ordered Mango Lassi. It is one of the best lassi I've ever tried. It was very thick and yummy.

For me Coffee works as a stress relief. It makes me calm and fresh. And being a coffee lover I am always up to try out new coffee combination. These time I chose to visit the Costa Coffee. 

We went to mercato mall as an entertainment there was circus going on, both of us enjoyed it. It was more of a kids circus but it was fun watching people around and kids laughing and jumping with excitement. What I like about this mall is there is less crowd which makes me happy. The place is open and very much comfy. 

My husband opted for Caramel Crunch which is the new addition. It is very chilled and thick. Sweetness is up to mark just what it needed. It was perfect drink for him. In this you have option if you don't like coffee then you can exclude it. 

I opted for Corto which is a classic black coffee with caramel and mocha. It is a hot beverage as I don't like too much icy drink. I love it as it perfect blend of taste.

Wrapchic is the fusion of Indian and Mexican food all the way from America to Dubai. It was my first time, I didn't have any idea how it can taste. It sounds crazy that in a wrap there is a filling of rice which made little confused but I thought of giving it a try.
The style of preparing a item is very nice you get to choose your style and filling in it.

What We Tried There:

Moreish Restaurant is a venture of Kajal Narang, winner of Foodshala season 4, middle east's best cooking show. This restaurant is in interiors of oud mehta, but being known that they serve good food, location doesn't matter be it far or near.


Restaurant is small and sweet. They have indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. The best thing what I liked about this restaurant is GAMES. After you place the order they give you cards, snake and ladder and tic tac toe coins. This idea is so innovative and keeps you entertained till your food arrives. 

What We Tried There:

Sunset mocktail is mixture of orange and peach which was really refreshing.

Moreish special Chicken Satay Salad is one of the best salads I have ever tried. Mixture of juicy chicken and apple comes together very well.

For the mains we tried Slow Roasted Chicken, two big portions of roasted tender juicy chicken was served with grilled vegetables, mashed potato and pepper sauce. With every bite me and my husband was just saying WOW. It was the hit dish of the day and #MustTry.

Lastly for dessert we had Chocolate Spa dessert, it is brownie with vanilla ice cream served on a sizzling plate and chocolate pouring down on the dessert. It comes along with burnt marshmallows, lotus biscuit and pop rock. Brownie is warm and soft just melts downs in mouth. I loved the concept it is so new creative idea and yummy. I #HighlyReccommend it to you.

Paul Bakery is a french cafe and restaurant. I have been their regular for the coffee as it is Burjuman Mall and near to metro station. I have tried different coffee but this time I went especially to try out something else.

The cafe is very beautiful, elegant and sophisticated. It have vintage feel and is very classy. The restaurant is very spacious, it have indoor as well as outdoor seating area.

The staff is very nice and active and helps to decide as the names on the menu card can be confusing for some.

What We Tried There:

As soon as we placed the order we were served with bread basket with butter and black olive spread. 

For drinks I ordered Lychee Ginger Fantasy which was new to their menu. It is mixture of yogurt, lychee and ginger. It was very refreshing. Before I was confuse because of the ingredients but once I had one sip of it I was amazed. It is a #MustTry.

For mains we ordered Suprême de poulet farci aux épinard et fromage Emmental, it is Chiken breast stuffed with cheese and spinach, served with mashed potato and yummy stir fried veggies. It was so amazing I could eat it everyday. I #HighlyRecommend this to all of you. It's #MyFavorite now. 

And Club Poulet, is a sandwich with one layer of chicken and sauces and next layer with mayonaaise and veggies. It is nice to have as a snack.

Lastly I had to try something sweet, we ordered Trio au chocolat. Three different layers of chocolate in mousse cake. Very delightful and yummy.

Prices are bit High but it is worth spending on something in which there is no regret.

Sanjeev Kapoor is very famous Indian chef, entrepreneur and was a judge in very famous Master chef India. He was mostly known for sharing is delicious recipes on his show known as Khana Khazana.

There are 3 outlets of 'Yellow Chilli' in Dubai i.e in Dragon Mart, JLT and Burjuman Centre and all three outlets are fully operational till now. Being a restaurant of a great  Indian chef it attracts lot of Indian crowd as they known quality and quantity both will be good. The choice which is being provided are of high quality at a affordable price with family dining experience.

Restaurant have very simple and elegant decor, With huge colorful artifacts on the wall depicting the Indian culture. The color scheme is very warm and low lighting. Along with indoor seating it also provides outdoor seating on the walkway facing the main road.

Staff is very friendly and keeps track of every dish and brief you on it so that you can choose right. Our server Mr. Danish was really kind to tell us about what is good for two of us.

Restaurant have a tradition to serve Papad, chutney's, pickle and spicy onions after order is placed.

For drinks we ordered Fruit Loose and Fancy Free, it is just like its name. It is a concoction of different fruits like orange, guava, mango, lychee and ice cream, and not at all fancy. It was really yummy. You will get can't say it is sweet or sour because you will taste everything in it.
