Have you ever thought of getting buffet service and getting food in your plate without standing in a queue?
Hmm!!! But it is not difficult anymore. Rajdhani is a perfect place where we get pure vegetarian "Unlimited Thali", a mixture of Gujarati and Rajasthani food with more than Ten dishes. I was invited by the management to enjoy their festive season Diwali thali.

Rajdhani is located in Karama and can be easily spotted, parking can be little issue but I was lucky enough to get parking right in front of the restaurant. As soon as you enter you will notice the variety of sweets and they also have take away service for sweets which can gifted or enjoyed at home.

The space is very bright, spacious, cozy atmosphere and the beautiful smiles on the staff which makes you more comfortable. Tables are already set with their thali. I had a feel that I belong to royal mughal family because staff came up to us with fancy ancient jug with hot water and fancy collector to wash our hands.

Next amazing thing was staff waiting in a line just to fill our plates. They have everything sorted from starters to chaat, different vegetables and curries, rotis, rice and desserts.

Firstly we were served Chaas which was very tasty and a good start. It just had right amount of flavors in it. Next everything started filling up and we were just amazed with the variety of food served. For salads they had Desi Channa Salad and for Farsan (Starter) they had Paneer Khaman Dhokla, Mini Samosa and Corn Masala Sev Puri.

The specialty of the day and #MyFavorite was Daal Baati with Churma, I could eat it all day that was really delicious.

For the vegetable mains we were served Paneer Do Pyaaaz, Valor Muthiya, Aloo Tomato and Chole Punjabi. Among all this vegetable dishes #MyFavorite was Valor Muthiya, it had complete different taste and I had tried it for the first time, it really stood out for me.

For Dal Kadhi we were served with Rajasthani Tikha Dal, Mithi Dal and Rajwadi Kadhi.

In Indian breads we had different variety i.e Phulka, Gajar Puri, Makai Rotla and Methi Thepla. Makai Rotla was something new for me, staff poured ghee and added little jaggery on it. In Rice they also had Rajputana Khichdi and Kismis Cashew pulao.

Lastly in desserts they had Badam Halwa, Motichoor Ladoo and Kesar Malpua with Pista Rabdi. I can visit this place just to have Malpua with Rabdi. It is #MustTry if you ever visit Rajdhani.

Here is the final plate. Aren't you surprised with the quantity?

Lastly the most important role played by the staff who make sure to re-fill our plates as soon as it is empty.

They also have a take away Thali service which is unbelievable but it is true.
