Logma - Taste of Emarati Food, BOXPARK, Al Safa
It sounds funny that even though I have been staying in UAE for so long I didn't explore much of the emarati cuisine. Therefore I thought to visit one of the best restaurant which serves lip smacking Emarati and Middle Eastern food, that is Logma. It is really hidden gem as in a finest restaurant to provide delicious khalijee cuisine. They have great options for traditional emarati breakfast and other traditional snacks. One more thing, if you think shawerma is emarati food then you are in huge misconception, Shawerma is originated in Turkey, it is turkish food.
To my surprise Logma is very famous among Locals. I visited for early dinner, it was almost full and I had to wait till I get a table which I wanted. The restaurant have calm ambiance. The decor have mix of ancient and modern emirate touch to the restaurant which is contemporary style. Antique lanterns, embroidered camel at the back of chair, Dubai skyline as a wall art and names of emarati food. Every detail signifies the beauty of Emirates. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating, to keep it more live and fun good music is played in the background. The service provided by staff is prompt and helps to choose if you are confused which you will be after looking at amazing menu.

What We Tried There:
Next we tried their Roasted Chicken Khameer Sandwich which had nicely marinated chicken with onion marmalade, roasted veggies, walnut pesto and cheese. This is perfect for everyone because it have great taste pallet. I loved how well it was stuffed in Khameer and can be shared between two people because food here can get heavy. I #HighlyRecommend you to try it out because it is totally worth it.
Lastly I wanted to try out something from their parathas section because it was newly added in the menu, we tried their Crispy Chicken Logma Paratha. Initially I imagined it to be a Roll but I was surprised, It was served to us like Tacos definitely the huge tacos. Paratha was nicely stuffed with fried crispy chicken, mayonnaise, parsley and veggies tossed in khalijee spices. It was delightful and scrumptious. The quantity is good and can be enjoyed between two people, #MustHave.
The food here all together is on another level it doesn't matter even if it is bit expensive and this place is packed most of the time. It is one of the places which I can visit again and again. They have so much to offer in emarati cuisine which you must try. They have another outlet in Dubai Mall which have breath taking view of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain, if you are tourist you will visit Dubai Mall so definitely check out the restaurant.
