One of my favorite place in Dubai is Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), tall buildings touching the sky, far away from all the city buzz in a peaceful atmosphere enjoying the quality time with your partner either in the park or near the lake.

Recently I visited Chandini Chowk which serves Indian cuisine and street style food which is mostly found on the roads of India.  One of the great place which gives the perfect view of lake and have a calm environment. Parking can be little stressful as it is always full and other parking is far away which can be tiring.
What We Tried There:
  • Bora Bora
  • Virgin Sangria
  • Russian Salad
  • Gol Gappe
  • Dahi Bhalla
  • Papadi Pizza
  • Mushroom Chilly
  • Fried Prawns (Masala/Butter Garlic/Chilli)
  • Drums Of Heaven
  • Stuffed Mushroom Tikka
  • Murg Reshmi Kebab
  • Tangri Kebab
  • Pudina Seekh Kebab
  • Tandoori Prawns
  • Cold Coffee
  • Mango Lassi

Next Mocktail was the Virgin Sangria, which is mixture of grape, passion fruit and apple juice. It was sweet and chilled which was very relaxing.

They had a wide variety of chaat which was not easy for me to pass through. We started with our all time #Favorite Gol Gappe which is also know as Pani Puri. I loved the dal stuffing in the puris which took it to another level, I #HighlyRecommend you to try this.
Gol Gappe
Our second chaat was Papadi Pizza, yes you read it right. On papadi it have all the yummy ingredient which a pizza should have and definitely it was the Dish of the Day #MustHave.
Papadi Pizza
Our last chaat was the Dahi Bhalla, it was my first time trying it out and I was delightful after having the first bite. The Dal Vada is dipped in Dahi and different chutneys made it so much flavorful, this is going to be my new favorite.
Dahi Bhalla
They have wide menu to choose from and you can go crazy just like I did. We started with Russian Salad it was just the way we liked it. Various veggies blended well in cream and mayo and had great taste.

Then we tried their Global Starter basically the items which you can find in any Indian Restaurant world wide. We started with Mushroom Chilly, I was happy that mushrooms was not overly coated with corn flour. I loved the spiciness which was lip smacking.
Mushroom Chilly
Next we tried their Fried Prawns which were in three different flavors Masala, Butter Garlic and Chilli. My favorite was the Masala Prawns because it had mix of sweet tangy flavor where as my Hubby liked the Butter Garlic for the obvious reason as it was not spicy and was juicy and buttery.
Fried Prawns
Last item from Global Starter was the Drums of Heaven, It is a Indo Chinese dish. Mix of Sweet sour and spicy flavor and good portion of drumsticks. I liked that it was not too spicy even a normal spice lover can eat it just like my hubby definitely #MustTry if you would like to enjoy all the flavors in one go.

Then we tried few of their kababs starting with the vegetarian kebab, Stuffed Mushroom Tikka. The juicy Mushrooms were stuffed with yummy cheese.

Again from chicken section we tried their Tangri Kebab, It is a drumstick nicely spiced and marinated and done in tandoor.
Tangri Kebab
From Mutton we tried their Pudina Seekh Kebab, this is little bit on spicy side but compliments well with the mint chutney.
Pudina Seekh Kebab
Lastly from seafood we tried their Tandoori Prawns which is marinated in Indian Spices and were good in quantity.

For desserts we tried Gulab Jamun with Ice Cream, The combination of hot gulab jamun with cold scoop of vanilla ice cream were just perfect.

Overall I loved the ambiance and the location of the restaurant. They have huge variety of Kebab which is heaven for kebab lovers just like me. Great spot to hangout with family and close friends and good place to roam around. They have the good quantity and quality in all the dishes and prices are also very affordable. I am definitely looking forward to go again with my family.
